In order to achieve the above objectives the Surshala Music Academy is performing the following regular activities: 

• Providing music education ( Vocal/ Instruments/ Dance) for children and youth Nepal for 18 years in Nepal and around the different countries through online/virtual class

• Providing Vocational Music training (Singer/ Musicians) course affiliated with CTEVT Nepal and individuals for youth to generate employment and opportunity in the music field. 

• Music Teacher training and job placement at government and private schools, colleges, and different organizations

• Recording new songs, albums, videos & different musical programs on TV, YouTube.

• Organized national and international level music competition for children & youth, first Nepali singing reality program " Surshala Idol Junior" and Surshala Studio on National Television -Kantipur Television. It will be continued after COVID 19

• Organized and Coordinate for world-famous singing program Saregamapa Lil champs, ZEE TV India, and owned first and second runners up title

• Music Training, Community Development Workshop and musical therapy program for youth, adults (Especially for housewives women/men), and socially backward people from the different communities to create awareness and community development and to healing out from their stress and depression.

• Different music Instrument supply to schools and different communities in Nepal

• Organized coordinator and technical expert to develop CTEVT Nepal's curriculums of  Singer and Musicians

• Main Organizer and key speaker of UNESCO Kathmandu program in the title " RE-INVENTING MUSIC EDUCATION IN SCHOOL CURRICUMS in Nepal with the collaboration of UNESCO Kathmandu and Ministry of education and Technical and Science of Nepal Government 

• Training  and monitoring national wise Music Workshop ( Singer and Composer) in 7 provinces for youth

• Music workshop in South Korea, United Kingdom UK, India, and all over Nepal
